“Normally have good experiences but not Saturday evening. We attempted to order in the app and it showed currently unavailable. We arrived at the location and ordered from the stall. We paid and waited and it showed our drinks to be on the way and then cleared from the screen to press to order. We waited and then my wife got out and went to the door and knocked they just looked and ignored her. She came back and called on the phone explaining We had waited some time. They would get them out. They finally came out another 5 minutes or so and said they would refund the purchase. But it was apparent they had been sitting a while as the whipped crean had melted on top of the shakes. Poor management or oversight during this visit.“
