I don't eat a lot of red meat and it's been a while since I've eaten at a Steak n Shake so, I saw the road sign and figured why now. I was not disappointed because the burgers were juicy and flavorful.

Food came out hot and fresh. The cooks were fast and friendly. No more servers! Have to order from a kiosk from the front. Hospitality is all but dead.
P. S. Their fries are done in beef tallow now and that's awesome. They also sell really good tallow and wagyu tallow for good prices.

Hate ordering on the kiosk. Have to pick up your own order. Do everything yourself but still want you to add a tip. Couldn't get a refill after scanning QR code. Sad..... Won't be going to another one. Heard them telling drive thru that they weren't taking anymore orders because they were too busy. Who runs a business like that?
