“Was slightly disappointed that the toaster was broken. But loved how they handled it. They were quick to let us know just in case we’d missed the sign. Sign reads “Sorry, our toaster is toast”. I laughed a little too hard.

“Took the kids and braced for chaos but the staff made everything easy. High chairs sorted, kids' menu actually edible, patience when our little one wandered. The grown-up food was proper too. We had a genuinely nice family meal. Bill was very fair. Family-friendly without being a kids' place. New regular for sure. Lovely.“
