My experiences here are mostly good. Ultimately my kids are always happy when we leave. I mostly do drive thu and I do make sure to check my order before i leave. There have been times i have had missing items or items prepared incorrectly. In those times though they have always been able to correct the issues with no fuss.
It took 15 minutes to get my order from the drive through. The person that handed me the food I ordered apologized for the wait and was just as frustrated as I was about the time it took to get the food prepared. The guy at the first drive through window looked like he just lost a food fight. He was covered in food and junk. Not a good look for a restaurant.

Different opinion for each establishment on their own. My opinion is that they most of the time are poorly ran and so the attitude of the employee varies. Most McDonald's employees are rather nice but most times the service sucks because the attitudes suck. Definitely need to make sure those in charge have better attitudes.
