I just left this location. I think they said their names were Claudia and some thing else I can’t remember the other girls name but they’re amazing.!! I come here probably four times if not five times a week before work to get my coffee donuts sometimes a bagel and they are always fast and very lovely and easy to deal with in the morning.. I feel like in the last couple years. Customer service has went way down in the area but this Dunkin’ Donuts location. The girls that work early in the morning are awesome.

I gave one star because I had to give a star to give a review, otherwise they'd get 0. This location is absolutely horrible. 1- they told my husband they were closed inside and were only allowing their "regulars " to order and eat inside. 2- Don't close until 10pm. I pull-up to order at 830pm and the worker annoyed with US turns the monitor & lights back on (outside) to take our order like we're some kind of annoyance to him & his JOB!! 3- on 2 separate occasions, they had no inventory for sundaes , banana splits, including no bananas and pretty much no ice cream. THEN we go a third time (all these times are many weeks apart from each other) they have 3 ice cream flavors to choose from. Vanilla, chocolate , Peanut butter chocolate, supposedly. 4- many times their frozen coffee machine "is broken" or a couple times they no longer have the machine, yet hours later you go and they have one all of a sudden again! 5- many occasions they're out of donuts.... I mean seriously?? How the HELL could you possibly still be in business. The one on 45 is no better but this one is consistently horrible. Just close already so we can get a realCoffee/donut shop in because this is ridiculous. If the worker were kind about stuff it would make it better but they're just as much trash as the business is.

This Baskin Robbins is awful they're never open when they're supposed to be at night. The people said it closes at nine but they stop serving ice cream at 8:30. I don't see how it's possible that you close 30 minutes before you're closed. This has happened 3 times now. Do better, thanks

Overpriced - $9 for a small shake and 1 scoop of ice cream Poor quality - the milkshake was thin and runny, really more like milk than milkSHAKE. And they were out of SPOONS. I had to eat my ice cream with a teeny tiny sample spoon. Will not be going back.

Absolutely horrible representation of Baskin-Robbins. They close an hour early despite the hours were posted on the front door. They can never get the order right, intentionally lying to the customers. Extremely lazy and unsupervised adolescent staff with no manager in sight. Needs to be completely rewamped! 0/10 will actively avoid from now on.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would but it wouldn't let me. So 1 Star it is. Location is great. The thing I hate about this place is supply, about 99% of the time they don't have the correct supplies needed for my order. Either they don't have the nuts, the flavor ice cream I want, the hot fudge, and oh my god forget about asking for a banana split because they never have bananas. Never having bananas is funny because they could just walk down to Aldi and get some. But no, no bananas. I just wish they would get the correct supplies for the order options they give us. Other times they can't even get my order correct. How hard is it to get the ice cream order correct?!
