It's been a long time since I was last here but the food is always good. it's a nice combination between comfort food and unique food, so if you're looking for something different but yet at the same time not so odd that you're worried about not enjoying your meal, this is a great place to choose. The service is simple, you order your food and they carry it to your table. It's not immaculate but not dirty. This was my favorite place to eat in Mundelein and unfortunately they just recently closed. I did reach out to the owner who told me they plan on reopening in early summer. He said their current format wasn't cutting it. I believe they're going to remodel/rebrand and start up again with a different format. This place had the best burgers in the area. Better than a place like Kuma's Korner IMO. But all the food here was delicious. Hopefully they reopen sooner or later.

Small place with great food. The soups are very good have tried several things, the latest the grilled steak sandwich. Cooked to perfection. Have not tried any breakfast items yet but looking forward to it.
