03/08/24 must be newer owners. They are very friendly. I wouldn't advise getting doughnuts in the evening. There dry, dry , dry. And you need a magnifying glass to see the filling unfortunately its out of the owners control because doughnuts aren't made at the stores no more. The coffee is always fresh. The bacon egg and cheese sandwich was really good. I would give this store 5 stars if they were able to serve you fresh doughnuts in the evening. I guess me being an evening person I'm gonna have to go to Crystal lake for country doughnuts. The best.

Ordered 2 small hot chocolates, I was charged $7.11, they were both just water. It took them 5 minutes to serve me 2 cups of hot water and charged me $7.11 for the privilege. With costs blowing up restaurants need to make sure their quality is as good as the price dictates.

Worst Dunkin around. Constantly forgetting items and this last time I ordered from them, I’m missing over half of my $30 order. Save your money and go to a different store that will do their one and only job correctly. What a joke this store is.

Every time I go to this location, I NEVERRRR get my coffee how I ordered it. I like it sweet so I pay for the extra pumps of whatever I'm getting that time and I am constantly having to go back around or go in or call when it's a family member picking up my order. The Vernon Hills location always has it right. Sad that I have to drive 15 minutes away to get my drink right the first time when this location is just down the street from my house. Save yourself the hassle and go to VH. After I go in to get my drink right, the employee acts like I'm wrong and it's asking so much of her to get my drink how I ordered and paid for it!

i was having a hard time using the website to give a review down below on the website so now im going to leave my review here. I work 5-6 days a week and usually when i go in, I am always helped by Roslyn. Had she not worked here I would not come by. She always does my coffee right and I order the same coffee three types of ways (which she has memorized) and she always has it ready for me. She's always positive, happy, and working so hard and fast. Not to mention, she's also funny. She's a little comedian. With that said, I'll keep coming as long as she's there. :)

So the atmosphere was great because I was in my own car other than that this stop at Dunkin’ Donuts sucked. I had to go back around and through the drive-through because they forgot my doughnut your Dunkin’ Donuts how can you forget the donut without the donut you’re just Dunkin?

Went into Dunkin with my friend who has a peanut/tree nut allergy. We asked the lady who was working the ice cream part, to switch out the scooper or clean it, not only did she decline our question, but flat out said "No." Not only is that rude, but we were the customers and she was getting paid, by us!! When she finally got her milkshake, 20 minutes later, we had to remind them several times and didn't even show up green in the milkshake when it was mint chocolate chip.

The service here was terrible! 3 young girls, no Manager on-site, not busy as there was only 1 car in the drivethru ahead of us and no customers inside of the store. We ordered only 3 drinks and they got the order messed up.Maybe it was the language barrier but we were over charged on 1 iced coffee which was not what I ordered and the other 2 drinks, only 1 was served, gave back the receipt to show the other drink to the girl at the window and all 3 girls had to have a 10 minute conversation to figure out what to do.They owed me 0.50 cents and I just told them to keep it because we did not want to spend anymore time there getting even more upset. Avoid this location during the afternoons and evenings. They need more experienced ppl at this location that can speak & understand English. Too much hassle for 3 very easy drinks.

Standard dunkin coffee, last time I ordered from there- the coffee smelled bad (I still drank it because I was desperate) but this happened at another location so I’m not blaming this dunkin specifically. Still a hardcore fan though- I’ll drink dunkin any day
