Food is not good here. The food made me sick. Breakfast sandwich was not fully cooked and the hash browns were over cooked. Food did not taste good. Service does not listen as well too.

I tried to return my croissant but she would not let me return it even though it was burnt and had hair in. Then she proceeded to not give us a receipt so we couldn’t call her manager, The whole time she was giving us attitude and covering her name tag. horrible experience never coming

Wish it had a bigger area to sit down. But the way the space is with it being narrow, I don't think there is really much room. Other DD have a wider area, so their seating area is much bigger and more convenient. This is a more to go orders set up. The service is always good. They are usually very busy when I go.

They have a wonderful service, but unfortunately a poor quality in food. I visited to find hundred of fruit flies and other bugs flying over their donuts and other things. I only came out with coffee, still fearing of possible larvae in it. Please take caution and look if it’s clean before you order here.

I went with my friends and I have an allergy so I asked if they can clean the spoon or use a different one and they Worker looked at me and my friend and said "No". I also ordered first and then my friends did. My friends got their ice cream first and I got mine like 20 minutes later. I had to ask them where my milkshake was. The worker saw it and then laughed. My friend wanted the Berry Berry Strawberry ice cream the worked said they didn't have any, my friend looked at the Berry Berry Strawberry ice cream container and there was more left My other friend asked for two favors and only got one favor.

Went to Dunkin with my friend that had Treenut/peanut allergies. When she wanted a milkshake we asked for the scooper to be switched out or cleaned. The lady was not only rude, but literally stared at us, and said "No." There should be no need to argue with a customer especially because we are the one paying THEM. After she ordered, it came out 20 minutes later with multiple reminders. When my friend got her shake, she found it waiting on the shake machine. The worker laughed when she saw. The mint chocolate chip shake looked white knowing there was not enough ice cream included. Also told me and my friends they didn't serve some of the products I wanted. So mean and should be serving every customer the same.

Today two others and myself went to dunkin, one of which had a severe tree nut/nut allergy . My friend with the allergy ordered first, she asked if the scoop for ice cream could be switched or washed, the server looked at us then responded "no." Which was plain rude! She could have asked, used something else, or in the least rinsed it under some warm water! My friend continued to order. My other friend ordered next, she asked for very berry strawberry ice cream, they obviously had a lot left, you could see it in the container, the server told her they were out.They were obviously not. I ordered after I asked for two flavors and only got one. Finally my friend and I got our ice cream.My friend with the allergy did not. She had ordered a milk shake so I told my friend they probably had to make it (She had already payed and gotten her receipt). After around thirty minutes my friend with the allergy still hadn't gotten her drink. We then persuaded my friend with the allergy to go ask. She brought her receipt and showed it to the worker, who laughed and told her it was by the machine. They had forgotten it. This whole experience was very disappointing as I have always had great experiences at this Dunkin'.

I’ve had so many bad experiences at this location. From the food not being warm, to the wrong order, to them always being out of a food item. Today I went to this location and spent $14 on food and drinks. They handed me my butter pecan frozen coffee with 0 whip cream, which is not how it is advertised in the picture. They did to this to me the other day as well, but today the man at the cashier window said it would be 50 cents to add the whip cream. I spend a lot of money at this location. Management here is terrible. Do better

Check your to go order. They go short on one item. This happened multiple times. I went back to ask after it happened twice, they asked me to bring my full order, not just the bill. So they expect me to pack all the food back from my dining table where my family is sitting around to eat and get my food I paid for.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would, workers are LAZY and tell you they are out of things when they aren't and they just stare and laugh at you when you are waiting for service at the drive thru as if they just don't want to work....very unprofessional

yeah don't go here if you're looking for any type of quick service or competence. went through the drive thru and had no answer so I walked in and I had to repeat myself 4 times with three different employees. I don't think they have a clue what's going on in this place. also filled with fruit flies everywhere.

Try to avoid this Dunkin I used to be a regular here but lately they have some extremely rude unprofessional new employees working there always manage to get every order wrong and to top it off they get mad if you call them out on it!
