Wish it had a bigger area to sit down. But the way the space is with it being narrow, I don't think there is really much room. Other DD have a wider area, so their seating area is much bigger and more convenient. This is a more to go orders set up. The service is always good. They are usually very busy when I go.

This Dunkin usually gets my order correct. Today we had a bad experience. We ordered a Holiday Blend Coffee and a breakfast sandwich with cheese, bacon, and sausage (no egg). We received a regular coffee and a sausage/cheese sandwich that was burned. We went back thru the drive thru and they gave us the correct sandwich. Unfortunately, I didn't taste the coffee until we left, and didn't have time to go back. Get with it Dunkin on rt 83 Mundelein!

I have been to many Dunkin’ locations and this one is by far my favorite! Their coffee is consistently good and the service is always top notch. I go most mornings throughout the workweek and the lady who works the drive through around 7:30am is so sweet. She is always so cheerful and up beat, which puts me a good mood heading to work each morning! I highly recommend going to this Dunkin’.
