Went in for a sandwich and what I got was not the sandwich I ordered. I just didn't want onions or a sauce and got nothing that the sandwich was supposed to come with. Disappointed, not worth the money for this.

The only reason I'm giving a 3 star is that the game room was quite hot. When I had the attendant check it, it was at 78 degrees...yikes. Otherwise it was a nice and clean and friendly place.

Decent little place in Mundelein. Nothing too exciting about it. Service is pretty slow, crowd is what you would expect it to be being in that area. They were out of just about everything except for bud light. I ordered a vodka cranberry and there was not cranberry. Had to wait over an hour for someone to go and buy some along with several different beers. Was slightly crowded tonight since it's the day before Christmas Eve and everyone was having parties and they had open mic night. Even then it took quite sometime to get offered any drinks, and there weren't many people at the bar. Can't complain too much as it was a decent place for some to get together and everyone was having a blast. Probably wouldn't be somewhere I would be back to drink.

Adults like to have good time! Make it sports oriented during the day at least! Have people work that know what they are doing! And for goodness sake don’t have baby’s and toddlers there. If an employee has to bring them into that environment, customer says ( no way). So easy to fix but haven’t.

Pass, pass, pass. Truly disappointed when we stopped by after work. Couldn't get anyone to serve us, and when we finally ordered food, 6 out of 7 people at our table commented that it was some of the most lackluster tasteless food any of us have had in a while. Now about the rodent that we all saw, when we mentioned it to the server, she actually chuckled and said, "yeah that's definitely not the first one we've seen." WHAT!! Are you serious?? We quickly paid our bill and got the Hell outta there. Talking to friends & other co-workers, it sounds like we weren't the first to experience bad food, service and really just an overall bad experience.

Stopped in last week for the first time. It didn't look like anyone was working. The only person I saw was 1 young girl slouched in a highboy chair watching a small child with the TV was so loud that at I thought there was a major world event happening. I was just about to leave when she yelled from the chair asking if she could help me. Yep, she works there and didn't bother to get up. I said No, and walked out. Management??

Disgusting sandwich. Went to pick up a sandwich to go and there is no way I would eat it. Bread looked old, turkey was fatty, bacon looked like it was cooked weeks ago. Was offered chips and a drink for a special but there were no drinks to carry out, so why offer it? Will never go back.
