My husband said the beans and rice were horrible and he had to ask them to change the soda machine.

Absolutely atrocious service from these people. Everytime I grubhub or DoorDash something from them, they always miss an item that I PAID for. This makes me have to ask grubhub or DoorDash for a refund because I didn’t receive my item and have them remake it for me and have to REORDER the missing item. This costs me more money than I need to spend. This is the last time I order from this Popeyes location.

I wish there was another Popeyes’ establishment closer to me. How do you get the order wrong every time?! Save yourselves the hassle guys. The food takes too long to get and then receive it wrong.

You could order the whole menu, they will still only give you one sauce. You ask for more they charge you. Only fast food location ive had do this without fail.

third time only problems asked for 3 piece dark meat spicy gave white meat non spicy no biscuit said its 5 $ special I didnt order cost 8.38 fed up with yall going to chic file instead

I don’t go to Popeyes often but when I do, these are the rudest people that I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life they look at you like they’re better than you. They are just one lady that is really rude and I don’t understand it. You’re working in food service customer service Not that you owe anybody anything but a little respect yes

This place is horrible, they always forget items. They charge you for ranch just to not even put it in the bag... the customer service sucks employees are very rude give you attitude even though they messed up your order... they are super inconsistent with the food as well..

I have tried chicken sandwiches at every fast food restaurant and every sitdown restaurant and hands-down Popeyes chicken sandwich is the absolute best best breading big thick piece of chicken go there often and it's always perfect. I don't think they should put in the coleslaw in the same bag with the hot food. It warms the coleslaw but other than that it's good. I wish they had nuggets for the kids.

The whole point of ordering on the app is to save time. Please refund my order pickup at 12:51 today. I was ignored for several minutes, finally asked for my order and in Spanish she tells the dude to drop them in the fryer, it was 12:54. Do better. Can’t rate the food because I had to leave.

The drive thru workers can never hear my order and ask several times about something. I ask for dark meat the guy says white meat. I ask for fries the guy repeats back rice and beans. I have worked in the fast food industry specifically in drive thru and know how it is but seriously customer service is awful and extremely slow as well.
