My drink was pretty good but even though I ordered extra ice, the liquid was warm so it melted fast.
My biggest suggestion to this location would be , when your customer gets to the window of the drive-through, and you have no one else in line and you’re doing nothing, don’t consider this your free break time.
Maybe take the time to clean the hand prints and fingerprints off the window or arrange some of the cups outside the window or maybe just have a conversation...

It's Starbucks. At one point in history, they had the best coffee you could get anywhere. Then they got huge, and the quality is still good, just not amazing. As far as Starbucks go, it was a consistently good experience. The coffee was adequate (creme brulee lattes) and the staff were efficient, if joyless. I forgot how "burned" the espresso tastes at SBUX, which is why I migrated away from them. They do a good job with the beans they get, tho.

Our Starbucks visit was really nice! The staff was efficient and friendly with our order. We had the seasonal Holiday drinks and they were great! A wonderful place to take a break and relax for a while!
