Put in an order for curbside pick up a few minutes after 5 PM. It said pick up would be available at 5:15. At 5:10, I put that I was there to pick up. Around 515, it said that it was done and someone would bring it out to me. I watched at least six people go in after I said that I was there to pick up, get their food and leave. Attention local folks, if you have coupons, don't go to Carbondale West main location!!!!!! No sooner than I pulled up to the drive thru, the first thing they yelled was, "We are a private franchise and we don't accept Any type coupons no matter where they come from" my response: "See Ya don't wanna be ya"!!!!???The murphysboro, Illinois location is the fastest, friendliest, location, and they do accept coupons!!!! Good Luck at other locations
