An order placed at 9:05 PM—for a single drink—was not fulfilled until 10:19 PM. That is an extraordinary delay by any reasonable standard.
While I am well aware that establishments experience periods of high volume, ticket times exceeding an hour for one item are not merely “busy”—they reflect a fundamental breakdown in operations. This level of inefficiency is difficult to excuse and frankly astonishing for a functioning service environment.
To their credit, the staff remained pleasant throughout, though their professionalism only highlighted how poorly the situation was managed behind the scenes. Politeness, unfortunately, does not compensate for an absence of timely service.
This is not a matter of patience; it is a matter of competence. Whatever processes are currently in place are clearly inadequate and warrant serious reconsideration.

There were 2 lines, the line we got in was not moving for a good 15 minutes and the other line was moving much quicker. By the time we got our drinks they were completely watered down and just tasted like milk.

7 Brew never disappoints! The coffee is consistently great, but what really stands out is the customer service and the overall vibe. Even with about 25 cars in the drive-thru, the line moved surprisingly fast and never felt overwhelming. When I got to the window, the employees were clearly having the best time—laughing, dancing, and genuinely enjoying themselves while making drinks. Their energy was contagious and made the whole experience even better. I actually caught myself saying, “Man, I’d love to work here—they look like they’re having the time of their lives!” Amazing coffee, efficient service, and such a fun, positive atmosphere. I’ll definitely keep coming back. ☕✨

Awesome coffee, but way too long of a wait in drivethru
This place is always a hit or miss, and yet I continue to give them a try. But today's coffee was literally awful. No flavor but how the heck do I order a triple 7 and I get a cup of all milk!! No coffee at all..no flavor at all. Ridiculous!!!

TERRIBLE!!! I’ve wasted my time going here 2 days now my blended blondie taste disgusting. I’m confused because I’m here on vacation and have got it 3 times the first time was great 2nd time I even had them remake it now the 3rd time is just nasty. I don’t understand why people can’t read instructions or make the coffee correct 15$ wasted. I’m so disappointed.

Editing this nearly a year later, because I gave them another couple tries. Today’s experience is the reason I will not return. I waited about 40 minutes to get to the front of the line and order an energy drink, the one thing I actually enjoy because the coffee is horrendous. The kid taking my order said they were out of energy and fizzy drinks. So I didn’t order anything and had to still wait for my turn to be able to leave the drive through. For a place specializing in “coffee” and energy drinks, you’d think they would have a sign or someone informing the line of 40+ cars. I was not the only one frustrated wasting my time. And for that reason, after about 6 different occasions and mediocre experiences at best with each visit, I will never return here. And today’s experience is lowering my star rating.
I want to like it, I just don’t understand. Both times I’ve been there, I waited less than 10 minutes in line. The workers were very nice and welcoming. I ordered the banana bread iced blondie the first time, and the smooth 7 the second time. Both times, the beverage just tasted like flavored milk. Maybe I need to ask for more espresso, but it’s odd to me that the drinks regularly come with a very minimal coffee flavor. I’ll give it one more shot, but overall I don’t understand.
