The food is always warm and comforting. Owner and staff are friendly as well :) Every time I go to Hmart, I come back to Cho Dang Tofu and BBQ!
I am beyond impressed with this place, and as a vegetarian I’m so happy I found it. We were met by the kindest staff who helped me pick out vegetarian meal. They were surprisingly open until pretty late which was great. They have locations all around the states so I’ll definitely be back!
The food was alright, but compared to other Korean BBQ restaurants I’ve visited, it didn’t really stand out.
We stopped by during a FIFA match night, and the dining area was extremely crowded. Unfortunately, we couldn’t find a seat, which made the experience less enjoyable.

Customers appreciate the actual silverware provided, making it a nicer experience compared to other places. The galbitang is a favorite, featuring tender meat and a tasty broth, though the noodles can be overcooked. Diners highly recommend the hot stone bibimbop, especially the #28 with spicy chicken, noting the large portions that are great for sharing. Meals come with three banchan items and miso soup, making it a satisfying choice. Despite the $20 price per dish, many customers plan to return for more.
