Never again will come to this place , the waitress was a blonde girl and she is been so rude to us, I was there with my family it was around 9 o’clock , the place was not busy just two tables including us and 3 guys at the bar . She gave us the menu and asked about the drinks I told her just water, then she did bring the plates that was thrown on the table plus it was cracked as you can see in the picture, then the food comes and I was eating just the tacos and thinking to take a break and have a conversation with my sister and after finishing the beans and rice but instead the waitress came and took the plate and asked us about the box because she will bring the check, she did it so fast that I didn’t realize that I didn’t have food on front of me . It wasn’t the closing time, We checked, I was tired after a busy day and I didn’t have the energy to ask for the manager. I just want to say thank you for the chef, the food was really tasty.

We came in an hour before close and ordered drinks at the bar with no problem. 3 minutes later the bartender told us her manger said they cannot serve us because we are intoxicated. We came from bar Louie and walked here in the cold so I came in shivering. My group was completely fine and walked in normal while there were people in the bar singing karaoke that were extremely intoxicated and the staff felt fine serving them. I thought it was a joke but later learned it was not. It is clearly the fact we arrived an hour before close and they didn’t want to deal with us. We will never be back.

Never go here to eat. I suspect premium drinks are switched with cheaper alternatives. On more than one occasion. Tips so far…only drink the mid shelf or lower tequila and whiskeys. . The wait staff sometimes helps. You are ok in terms of service if you sit at the bar. It seems like most of the people who go here know the owner personally. They defend the place’s faulty service, food, drink and atmosphere. It can sometimes be ok there later but I suspect that’s because Houlihan’s closes so early. Canmt wait for Bar Louie.

The food is outstanding, and the ambiance is simply phenomenal. If you find yourself in Naperville, don't miss this gem. They host Karaoke on Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday nights, which adds a fantastic touch to the experience. The bartenders are all amazing, and I can't express enough how much I appreciate their service. This place deserves your support - you won't regret it!
