Based on the reviews, Dave's Hot Chicken is always super busy, but the quality of the food is still great. The food quality is exceptional, with fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared dishes. The chicken tenders are great, and the portions are very large. The kale slaw is loved, and the sauce is amazing. The customer service is excellent, with staff who are super kind, attentive, and professional despite the high stress environment. Every staff interaction is genuinely great, and the overall dining experience is enjoyable and satisfying. It takes a little longer if you go through the drive thru, but it's worth the wait. Dave's Hot Chicken is definitely worth visiting for chicken lovers.
