My husband and I took our small kids to get ice cream here last Sunday. We went in thirty minutes before close (according to hours on google). As soon as we walked in, the man behind the counter yelled WE CLOSE IN FIVE MINUTES!!! I said- oh I thought you were open for thirty more minutes should we go? And he said well I’m locking the door in five minutes, which he did. And then ten minutes later (still twenty minutes before the store closed), he kicked everyone out. It’s very rare me and my husband are able to get out of the house with all three of our kids (four and under). So it was a massive disappointment to have an incredibly rude experience like this. The ice cream was good and the place was clean but the service will definitely lead to me choosing elsewhere for our family nights out.

I asked them less milk but still added more in the end, just to make up for the cup to be filled. Lost the complete essence of the flavours. The main thing would be ice cream not the milk

Bial was amazing in the drive thru!! We ordered pumpkin cheesecake and pearlins and cream! So good!! Highly recommend him! He’s super funny and friendly! We will be back just to see Bial!

We ordered a ice cream cake for 20 people a week before. The evening before we were scheduled to pick it up ( less than 12 hours) I received a email saying they can’t make it. No phone call or explanation?Too late to find another cake or to get one made.Completely ridiculous!

NEVER ORDER A CAKE HERE. Awful management. They FORGOT about my cake order. The only thing they said was sorry. No compensation for their mistake. I had to choose a random cake that was not what I ordered at all since I needed it today. So inconvenient. Order from other, more reliable locations.

Terrible service! Signed showed OPEN when we got into the drive thru at 7:14pm. After waiting a few minutes with cars pulling in behind us, 2 employees come out the back walking by us. When I asked them if they are closed, with attitude one said yes and both giggled walking away. Zero professionalism and customer service. Seems like this is an ongoing problem. Maybe sell the business to someone who is more interested in running it if you are not!

Ordered a cake online (where it says you can get a custom cake in 24 hours) through this store. A few hours later I get a call telling me the "cake lady" went home already, but I can have one already made. I declined, but I was still charged for the cake. I have yet to get my refund...
