Bial was amazing in the drive thru!! We ordered pumpkin cheesecake and pearlins and cream! So good!! Highly recommend him! He’s super funny and friendly! We will be back just to see Bial!

We ordered a ice cream cake for 20 people a week before. The evening before we were scheduled to pick it up ( less than 12 hours) I received a email saying they can’t make it. No phone call or explanation?Too late to find another cake or to get one made.Completely ridiculous!

NEVER ORDER A CAKE HERE. Awful management. They FORGOT about my cake order. The only thing they said was sorry. No compensation for their mistake. I had to choose a random cake that was not what I ordered at all since I needed it today. So inconvenient. Order from other, more reliable locations.

Terrible service! Signed showed OPEN when we got into the drive thru at 7:14pm. After waiting a few minutes with cars pulling in behind us, 2 employees come out the back walking by us. When I asked them if they are closed, with attitude one said yes and both giggled walking away. Zero professionalism and customer service. Seems like this is an ongoing problem. Maybe sell the business to someone who is more interested in running it if you are not!
Ordered a cake online (where it says you can get a custom cake in 24 hours) through this store. A few hours later I get a call telling me the "cake lady" went home already, but I can have one already made. I declined, but I was still charged for the cake. I have yet to get my refund...

Store manager would not let us in store at 9:21PM on Sunday. Halogen signs is lit up with “open”. He motioned is to go to the Drive-Thru as he sat in the window on his phone.

Apparently they just close arbitrarily when it's slow.. Good luck getting in if it's after 830pm. Perhaps if they didn't employ high school students who are anxious to leave they could stay open until the advertised and posted times...

This location also has Dunkin Donuts. sometimes come here with a friend, and we get both ice cream and donuts. The polar pizza is delicious, and the sundaes can be really creative. Also, if you come close to closing, you might get free donuts since they are clearing out the stock.
