After multiple professional work lunches here, we can say we’ll never be back. The slow and poor service makes it unbearable. Sorry, our 3 visits reviews:Nice looking place, great menu selection. 2 of us had the Maui Maui special, came with butternut squash which was surprisingly served cold, not sure it was supposed to be so just ate it. All the meals were good. I will return and try again.Returned today and honestly can say we will not be back. Carrot soup was very bad, thin piece of salmon (tail section) saturated with a pepper spice on a small Mediterranean salad soaked in dressing. Believe they use a ton of msg to flavor their soups and dressing. Think Dennys at three times the price.Ugh, went again. Why ? I don’t know, nearly 2 hours for lunch. Slow & poor service. Salmon was fishy. Never again.

Came here with my family just to try it out and needless to say it was nothing special. In my opinion this place is just a fancier Olive Garden.Service was average and menu options were good. I just wish the food had more flavor to it.I ordered the salmon & shrimp risotto, everything tasted fresh but bland , the stuffed mushrooms were good but needed salt and the lasagna was ok but nothing special.I don't see myself coming back anytime soon unless it was for a group invite.Kid-friendliness: They have a kid menu

Waiter Armando was very attentive. When I expressed a concern about the short rib ravioli with "some horseradish," he explained that it was used in the sauce for flavor. He then checked back a couple of times to make sure I was happy with my food or if he should get me something different. It was excellent!

When making the reservation, I told the person on the phone I needed a table preferably close to the door because I was bringing an elderly person who had a walker. When we arrived, the hostess asked if a booth with a step up was ok. No, it wasn't. They found us a table not too far from the door. Our waiter was excellent, very attentive, and helpful. The food was really good. It took a little longer than expected, but it was a busy Saturday night, so I kind of expected it. In all, it was good, except for the hostess or possibly the person who took the reservation and didn't write down my request.

Such a beautiful & friendly place with an equally amazing menu ! Warm & welcoming as soon as you enter & beautifully decorated and very clean. Service is prompt and courteous and done with a smile! Food was beautifully presented & server was very kind to check with kitchen to accommodate changes requested to a dish. Salad was excellent and served with a balsamic vinaigrette that was perfect! Chicken Oreganato was juicy and tasty and accompanied with a fresh tomato & basil sauce on a bed of Angel hair pasta?Desert menu is splendid & hard to choose just one. This is a definite go-to if you're in the area!

Had a 5:30 reservation for 4 of us for a friends birthday, checks in 5 mins early, reminded them it was a birthday and were promptly seated.We ordered 3 drinks that took 20-25 mins, no appetizers. Did t have our meal order taken for almost 45 mins after being seated. Not by our doing mind you, waitress just didn't come back after drinks were finally delivered. She read us the entire specials menu word for word.We orders 1 salad, 1 soup and four entrees, soup and salad took another 30 mins to come. The entrees 25-30 mins after that. My friend ordered eggplant Parm and the eggplant slices were almost an inch thick and not well executed! I had the Truffle Mac and Cheese special, it came out buttered noodles with the chicken and other ingredients but no cheese, almost if they waived the cheese over it.....dug through it with my fork and nothing. Waitress asked and I pointed out how dry and lacking of cheese it was. Was delivered a bowl of cheese sauce 15 mins later because none was ready??? Really? I give it a 0 out of 10, would not recommend. And not even a dessert for the birthday girl. 2-1/2 hours for 4 people to eat 1 soup, 1 salad and 4 entrees........unacceptable
This was the worst experience I’ve had in 13 years: I made a reservation for me and my friends last night and we all ordered something to eat. We’ve waited more than half of hour for the food to finally arrive at the table, thinking it would be worth the wait if it’s fresh and well prepared. And of course, we had a lot to catching up to do, so we made the time pass by quick by talking various topics. So unpleasantly surprised when the food finally came! They brought leftovers for everyone…all mixed up in sauces that you can barely identify the meat from vegetables. ? I wonder if there are other people that got the same treatment last night at Biaggio, or if we were an isolated case. I also can’t help thinking that we were very poorly served by a waitress that didn’t pay attention much when we ordered. But mostly I believe it has to do with the fact that we were having our conversations at the table in a foreign language (although we all are bilingual and ordered in English of course). I will never come back at this restaurant ever again, needless to say I will never recommend it to anyone.
