I like the food here. The chicken parm sandwich is my favorite. A lot of their food is good value. Some aren’t . A tiny cup of mashed potatoes is $3.99. I’ll stick to just buying their chicken parm which is huge for 7.99.

I Use To Love To Go To This Browns Chicken. I Just Don't Know Any More. How Do You Mess Up Corn Fritters. They Tadte Like They Were Recooked. Too Tough To Eat. Glad I Got A Small Order. And The Cheesy Potatoes. Well Ypu Coukd Have At least Filled The Bowl Up. Maybe They Would Have Tadted Better. I'm So Done With Browns!!!

This little Browns Chicken has the Best people running it. Great customer service is what makes it Special. We drive across town just because of the way we are treated thru the drive through. The Chicken is crispy and fresh and golden brown. There ranch taste homemade. The lady at the window or man are always so nice it's our go to Chicken hut.

I ordered cod fish and chicken pieces from Naperville Brown’s Chicken through Uber Eats. The fish fillets were burnt and chicken was stale. Never ordering from this store again. When called this location for refund, they asked me to call Uber Eats. Worst experience ever.
