Paid $40 and ended up getting less than half the food I ordered. The wings that I did end up getting were boneless.

Bartender was too busy talking to her regulars about fantasy football. I guess she fogot I was there. Food came out cold. Hey atleast the beer was cold and good. Ended up at McDonald's:)

We were sat at a dirty table and waited for 10mins without a single member of the wait staff acknowledging our existence. Observed 2 waitresses cleaning one table and continued to walk past without even looking our way. Recommend making the drive to the Plainfield location. This place has gone down hill tremendously the past couple of years.
Web based menu didn’t work. Asked for menus and the waiter got an attitude thumping the decal on the table. This is when I lost it. Explained to him that the menu wasn’t working and he didn’t have to thump saying use this. No one stocked the soda machines so no fountain drinks. Ordered tradition wings got boneless. Told them they fixed it but then got the wrong sauces this time. Mushroom burger tasted like burnt pattys and just mayo. Overall worst experience I’ve ever had would rate negative stars.

Didn't know we had to scan the table QR code in order to order food. After figuring it out It wouldn't let me order because the app said there was an open tab. While waiting for a server. When given soda, the Coke tasted like only Seltzer. Finally, I got the soda situation resolved. The waitress then took our order and we received our food. However, not having the waitress come and take your order is more inconvenient than anything else. The food was good as always but if that is the new system they really need to make sure the new ordering process is explained. We saw several tables just get up and leave

My boneless chicken wings are slightly bigger than cat food pieces. I literally laughed out loud when I got these. Someone is either playing a prank on me or they’re a complete degenerate.

Food is decent….once you finally get it. Had to wait over an hour for my food and the place was dead.

Hailey was absolutely amazing. She helped me pick out a drink because I wasn’t sure what I wanted and what she suggested was amazing. The service was absolutely fantastic! Definitely coming back soon

Don't know what to say. Worst dining experience ever. Arrived to get some chicken wings, only to be left alone for at least 10 minutes without service. No food, no service. Terrible experience. Never happened before; waitress, bartender and manager should be fired.

A delay of twenty minutes and the butler only deducts the 15% that I brought them salt is rubbish. I can't see that I waited 20 minutes for him to answer the phone to get to the store and they still haven't even apologized to me.

Dare I say Dazwan is one of the best bar tenders I’ve encountered? He keeps the drinks coming and for some reason thats hard to find. We also noticed him checking all of the glasses to make sure they are clean. He was above and beyond in all areas. This is a person I’d love to hire to generate some serious revenue. I will make sure that when I return it’s during his schedule. We will remain regulars as long as he is here.

So we tried to eat here tonight, we are 8 people that finished playing softball. First, we were told that the waitress in the section we were going to sit in “doesn’t want a table that size” Um…is that how this works?
Next, we get set up in a different section and we are told “your server is going to be a minute, you can order through the QR code”…Um…is that how this works?
One of our group left after saying “I don’t want to do work here to spend money here”.
After receiving multiple messages across multiple phones saying “unable to connect to server” when trying to use the QR code, one of us just really wanted a cold beer so he went to the bar, and was denied. The bartender said he could not serve him because he was at a table…Um…that IS how this works here apparently.
Meanwhile, the person who left sent a message about a place down the road and all 8 of us left and went there and had a good time.
I get it, it’s tough out here, but to deny, deny, deny…that’s not cool. Be better B-Dub.
In conclusion, Don’t visit this BWW. At least not on a Tuesday night after softball. Go Down the road to the place with the dog moniker and enjoy your victory.
