Food was nothing special, not even close to looking like the videos theyplay in store and the burger was crumbly and dry. No flavor. Low quality food products being used. My burger had a plain bun not brioche and slice of kraft cheese, not melted cheese. Went in when they openwd at 11am and every table was dirty, floor was dirty and the entry doors were disgusting. Bathroom was 2 stars clean. There are way better fast food establishments than this place. Will not return and do not recommend you spend your money here. It's not worth it.

Super rude lady on the counter didn’t like the place at all. Suggestion change the staff this is not a customer pays for.

My husband and I came in bc we were confused and intrigued by the name. We were looking for chai or dessert. The woman at the counter was so nice, helpful and knowledgable. She helped us order some boba tea and both were SO good. I like taro but got it with coconut per her recommendation—very good. My husband got the sugar Thai tea—can’t believe how good that was! This place is really cute and they did a nice job with the remodel. I would definitely go back again when we are in Naperville.

“Absolutely outstanding! Chi Tea never disappoints. The drinks are always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made every time. The staff is incredibly friendly, patient, and clearly care about giving great service. The shop is clean, welcoming, and such a fun place to stop for a treat. Whether you’re getting a classic milk tea or trying one of their specialty drinks, everything is delicious. Highly recommend Chi Tea if you want amazing drinks and great customer service!”

Really enjoyed their chi tea classic burger and the big bird along with Mac n cheese for the kids. We really enjoyed thr burgers. They were very fresh and tasty. Would come back for the burgers!

I accidentally placed the order twice. I did not receive the extra order, and the refund has not been issued yet. I would appreciate a quicker resolution. Will never go to this place ever again. Terrible customer service
