This location is horrible. Ordered online went into pick up, asked for my order and they gave me someone elses order! You try to call them and it's a joke. A person will not answer. Never again.

I know this location is under new management so I want to leave a review that shows all the great changes that have happened. This is by far my favorite chipotle to stop at, the staff is super nice (shoutout to Abner, Desiree, Neveah, Maddie B., Tristan, and Angelina). The food is always fresh (even at 8:30pm when I usually stop by), the staff is always friendly, and they hook you up. I was shocked to see the star rating of this location. Anytime I am at this spot the food is good, my burrito is always stuffed and worth it, and my husband’s burrito bowl is filled!! Will stop here every chance I get, keep up the great work!!!

There actually has to be children running this location lol. there’s no other way it could be this bad. Three times in a row they’ve gotten my order wrong. Three times. And the place is an absolute mess. I work in the food industry business it’s really not that hard. If you want to get chipotle, take yourself to the one in Bolingbrook or the one off Ogden. Don’t even waste your time at this location.

This is unequivocally the worst Chipotle in DuPage County. Order online and expect it to be ready on time? Not at this location. There must be a black hole nearby that’s making space and time move slower because you can always expect your order to be at least 15 minutes late. Also you think that printing out labels for the order, and placing them on the food would ensure your order is accurate. Again, not here. Wrong toppings are often added, but you’re so exhausted from waiting for your food that you don’t have the energy to ask them to make it again, so instead you eat it and get bitter about everything. Then you channel that bitterness into writing a restaurant review hoping that others don’t make the same mistake as you.

One of the worst Chipotle locations. Chicken dry and over cooked/burned, old guac that is brown. Also the portion given out are really small. I piece of chicken is not enough on a taco. Will avoid this location in the future.

This is by far the worst chipotle ever created. The employees literally will make you hate every chipotle ever made because of their poor work ethic. It always takes YEARS to get through the line and the very tall manager with the beard is waste of a manager he is NEVER any help and when he does help it’s for 3 seconds. I hate that this is the closest and only location near my house.

It’s been a long time since I had Chipotle. Only came here because it was close to Jewel and Mariano’s. The only good thing was that the food was good and delicious. Guacamole was fresh not brown. Chips had the right amount of salt. Burrito had the right amount of food stuffed in it. Ingredients were not rotten. 1 star for that.Reasons why I only gave it one star overall. All of the tables were dirty and had some leftover food/crumbs. Plastic silverware was empty. Employees moved like the sloths from Zootopia like in super slow motion. Acne girl didn’t greet us when we walked in and was in a salty mood. Surprisingly, she was good at doing the portions correctly for the burrito. The overweight cashier guy that seemed to be out of breath from getting the chips and guacamole, he couldn’t even remember that he just got me chips and guacamole - large order. I had to repeat it twice plus it was right in front of his face. Then, when I notified him that the forks were out. He only got 2 out of the bag and didn’t bother refilling the cup. I saw other customers also had to ask him for forks and to clean the tables. As what Gordan Ramsay would say, “move your a$$!”

This is the worst Chipotle. Every time I go either burnt meat to a crisp, terrible portions or the place is a mess. Go to a different location or hit J Mikes next door.

Didn't have beans at 6:30pm. Didn't fill burrito to normal size, didn't wrap burrito, all spilled out in my tinfoil. And the chips had no salt or flavor. Stay away from

Poor service, 15 minutes in line with 3 people in front of me. Was told the manager will not allow the right amount of chicken in a kids meal. Really! Won’t come to this one anymore. Stop cheapening out on your customers!
