Easy ordering process. Next day delivery. The corporate headquarters texted and the Naperville store called to ensure my delivery was received. Beautiful cookie bouquet. Excellent quality, freshly made, and the cookies were large. Thank you Cookies by Design in Naperville for a job well done. I hope corporate improves their website. I would have added a Congratulations balloon if it was offered online, the only balloon that was offered was a Happy Birthday balloon which was not the occasion. Thanks again.

Every single time I have a problem with delivery. They get delivered to a business so why would anyone think a business is still open at 6pm?
I received a call asking “is this a hospital?!”, driver was rude and hostile. I said I left directions and he said there were none! Called store to get the run around. $20 for delivery on $80 cookies to have to deal with this nonsense?! Never again🙄 called store dude said he was going to call driver and call me back-NEVER HAPPENED. Absolutely ridiculous. Adam, the “owner” is very unprofessional and rude

My sister got cookies for her son’s first holy communion. They came out perfect and were so yummy! I honestly could have ate a dozen to myself. Everyone complimented on them and was asking where she got them. We all loved them and they were a huge hit!!!

Totally recommend! I've worked with Cookies By Design in Naperville (now it's Cookies & Cupcakes By Design) and they are fabulous! I get the logo cookies and everyone oohs and aahs how cool they look, but once they eat the cookies, they are blown away with how good they are. Recent orders went to over ten different addresses - they were all delivered on time, looked perfect, and tasted great. Thank you, Lisa, and team at Cookies By Design!

Placed an order online. Called to see if they could move up the delivery date to my mom’s birthday, and the lady that answered the phone was so nice! It got delivered quickly and my mom loves the cookies.

I had ordered gender neutral cookies and included a picture of what I wanted to order. Unfortunately the cookies that I received were pink, not gender neutral. It was an honest mistake about what I considered the color “moth” to be and what the store considered the color “moth” to be. Even though I made it clear that I wanted gender neutral colors, the mistake was made.
More importantly though, the attitude that I got from the lady that made the cookies was extremely unpleasant. She pretty much said oh well, too bad. I requested that she try to fix the cookie but she refused. Instead she offered me a refund for the cookie. I was very upset because what I needed was a gender neutral cookie, not my money back.
Overall, I was disappointed in the customer service as well as the quality of the design on the cookies I received. Not only was my request for coloring wrong but the cookies were sloppy in my opinion. Pictures are provided.
The quality I received as a customer was simply not worth what I was charged. Won’t be going back.

The decorating of the cookies are great but the cookie recipe has changed they weren't cooked right. I have been coming here for 30 years and they used to be great tasting. But when we ordered a bouquet in may they were like eating raw dough and not enjoyable. I complained to owner and Manager and my response was sorry nothing is different and I should have call back then my fault. I got no compensation so no more business from me. It is a shame places don't care anymore to make it right for the customer. Just make sure when you order and receive your cookies are done enough and not doughy. Thanks

Ordered cookies for corporate use as a sales rep on the east coast for work and I couldn't be happier with how they came out! The shipping was so quick, and they were packed with love and care so no cookies broke/were damaged. They also taste so good for cookies that are printed on. My clients are obsessed with them! I'll definitely be a regular customer. And shout-out to Stacey who was such a pleasure to correspond with and helped me with my purchase! Did an amazing job with creating beautiful cookie boxes to ask my bridesmaids to be in my wedding. I had to ship 3 boxes across the country and they were able to shrink wrap them for a small cost. Happy to report no cookies arrived damaged! Would highly recommend. Cost was low compared to other bakeries.

These are awesome cakes at a great price! Thanks for helping me make my Mom's birthday that much brighter just now. The Cookie dough cupcakes are incredible, and the Snickerdoodle are a close second.

Another great cookie experience with Cookies by Design in Naperville! I placed my order with Colleen via telephone due to an ordering glitch on the website. Colleen was outstanding and the cookies were fabulous...as usual. Next time I'm going to try their cupcakes. They look amazing. And the shoppe smelled so good!
