I live about five minutes from this Dairy Queen and it’s a GO TOO for summer, me and my friends always stop by and get some ice cream, the staff are friendly and helpful

We are very saddened the previous owner sold her business. New ownership is definitely not the same. The young staff thar has been hired is disrespectful and with an attitude. Staff congregate to chat and clients waiting for them to take orders. Last time we were there, a teenager served our blizzard by throwing it across the counter and it fell to the ground, making a mess. She did not apologize. Another teenager made an other blizzard without saying a word either.
Hopefully, this review helps the new owner with staffing and training.
I recently visited DQ and was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and quality of the food. What stood out the most was the exceptional management.

The owner is very helpful with suggestion to have a strawberry cheesecake Sunday mixed to make it easier to eat. We have been here multiple times & keep going back.
Always a great experience here. As a former restaurant owner I really appreciate the service, especially given the fact that they are kids behind that counter. Respectful, courteous, quick. Love it! Keep up the good work.

The owner seems to know exactly how to train teens to be great workers and super pleasant and efficient customer service people. Great sundaes, shakes, and custom cakes here.
