When we walked in there was no order people were just standing around we didn't know where the line started or ended. You could tell the air wasn't working because it was very hot in there I felt bad for the employees that were running around making people's orders. Despite the chaos of trying to find the end of the line and where to order the food was really good!

I do not believe any of the negative reviews that Einstein in Naperville has received!!! I go there all the time and it's awesome! People are friendly, helpful and professional. Not just to me, but everyone around me. I've never seen anyone get anything but the best service possible. Even on Memorial Day, when they had the store open and a booth at the parade, both locations provided only excellent service and products. I know, because I went to both! Try it...

These negative reviews are outlandish. It's a good spot. Keeps North Central College kids alive apparently.

Chorizo break burrito is unreal. For $8+ it should be. All-nighter was good but not $8 good.

Bustling place, awesome service. Crappy loyalty rewards (spend $200 to get a free $8 sandwich).
