As Taquerias go and with the amount of Mexican restaurants in the area, value and quality are the name of the game. Tacos were decent but on the small side, salsas were okay, option of Aguas frescas would be appreciated. If you are near and in a hurry give it a shot. Prices should be more competitive to reflect value.
The food was AMAZING ! Very authentic tasting Mexican. I had the steak torta, beans and rice also a steak quesadilla and I swear it was the best I’ve had in a loooong time. The salsas are perfect spice and flavor MUST TRY!! Beans have tonsss of flavor also
I've been going here for years and everything on the menu never fails to make me sit back, take a deep breath, and let the bliss of fantastic food wash over me. The staff are absolutely lovely! El Hogar is the pinnacle of excellence
