The food was fresh but they didn't have any option for the spice lovers, i asked for the separate hot sauce/chilli garlic sauce but they didn't even have that too. Food portions size for the chicken burger was good but for the beef burgers was not quite same.

Entire dinner was wasted. Ordered through drive thru and specifically double inquired to not have any sautéed onions. Guess what, went home just to see a burger with ‘extra’ sautéed onions. Wasted money, effort and my now appetite.

Honestly I really like their food, I’ve been there a few times and I like the flavor of their burgers and the epic fries really taste good! Not sure about how the fires are traveling in a car, but if you sit down and eat them lol they stay hot (at least the large fries) for a considerably long time! Update* fries traveling in a car stay noice and warm for quite a while! Especially if you get the large fries although medium fires stay nice and warm too!!
I have given this place two tries and both the times they messed up my order. The first time they skipped on all the sauces that I requested, and the second time, even though I ordered a plant based burger, they gave me beef, and I had to toss the entire thing out. The place was not busy at all, so nothing can be blamed on the crowd. I just feel like the servers do not pay attention and then they do not repeat your order either.So you just assume what you said, they got it. From the first try, when they at least got the burger and bun correct, the plant based patty is good, and so is their gf bun. It's absolutely overpriced, and yes, the wait time can be a little ridiculous. But I don't mind either as long as the order is correct.Which has never been the case. And I will never be returning again. Unless this location does not start training their employees.Well, they will continue to lose business.

At first they didn't hear my order correctly so I had to wait for them to re-do my order. I received a chicken sandwich and it was pretty tasty. The fries were really good. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to eat something somewhat healthy.

We ordered the classic burger, which hit the spot—juicy and flavorful. The garlic Parmesan fries were definitely the standout for me: crispy, cheesy, and super satisfying. The Cajun fries were solid too—nicely seasoned with a little kick. Either one pairs great with the burger depending on what you’re in the mood for.
Service was friendly and quick—they bring the food right to your table, which is always a plus. Deserves tipping them at the register.
Overall, it’s a chill spot with good food, a good vibe. Would happily come back.

We stopped in at Epic Burger, and let me just say—it absolutely earned the name.
I had the Hot Honey Chicken with Garlic Fries, and it was hands-down the best I’ve ever had. The chicken was crispy, juicy, and that sweet heat from the honey glaze was addictive. The garlic fries? Perfectly seasoned and full of flavor—crispy on the outside, fluffy inside.
My wife ordered a classic burger with Cajun fries, and she couldn’t stop raving about it. She called it the best burger she's ever had, and those Cajun fries were bold and smoky with just the right kick.
Top-tier food, fast service, and a laid-back vibe. We’ll be making this a regular stop!
