Really sweet old lady at the counter! A family had a huge birthday party and despite that, the manager kept running around asking if we were all right and taken care of! Most importantly it was FRESH!

Good Lord, Naperville reviewers are harsh. I used to get Freddy's all the time in Arizona, so I was excited to hear a location was opening here. Love their food and shakes! Sounds like they had some bumps in the road getting things working smoothly at this location, but people are too harsh with the 1-star reviews for every little thing. I've picked up dinner several times now and every time it's been great.
