The receptionist’s attitude was terrible (the guy with the brown hair). He was rude from the way he spoke on the phone to how he greeted us when we entered the restaurant. This is our second time here. The last time, he was also rude, but we assumed it was because the restaurant was busy. However, after this experience, I feel the need to leave this review. I hope the owner sees this and takes steps to improve the staff’s customer service.

The happy lamb is a great deal they give you so much food for only $30 each . And theres so many sides without the meat I almost wish you could buy a sides plate. Soft drinks and ice cream is included. The wait was super long on a friday night but the text and call system was great and they gave us free drinks for the wait ( over 1 hour) . The music was a bit too loud ( but it was good music ) overall this is a great hot pot place. The decorations are top tier

Not friendly towards small groups. I came alone because I had not eaten the entire day. I did not understand that it was a buffet style restaurant until about 15 min in when I asked about tofu and sides. I sat right near the entrance which made the experience more awkward because a family of 8 or more was waiting for me to finish barely touched food so they could clear tables (including mine) for them. They were quick to give me the bill just so they could accommodate for them. The business may as well post a time limit if they don’t want people to stay long.

Haven't had hot pot before my visit, but I now very much enjoy hot pot. Ambiance was nice, wait staff was absolutely lovely, and all the sides provided were terrific. We got the half and half broth, which I totally recommend. For my first hot pot experience, it was pretty much religious. ❤️‍🔥

We went last night. It was such a unique amazing experience! What fun! The staff was very friendly and helpful! The food was excellent! (Not a place for kids, you have a pot of boiling broth cooking on your table, more of an adult place). The food was very good, I was so satisfied with the whole experience! And the birthday person is free! 🥳🥳🥳

Love this place. Amazing hotpot in Naperville! Great variety and quality, and Services. This is my go-to place for gathering. I don’t need to go to Chinatown anymore!

Our server Joey was amazing! We came with a reservation for a large group of 45 with kids and were seated promptly. And though it was about 6 tables, she works hard to serve all of us and brought out our food quickly.

The one thing I would suggest is adding the traditional Sacha sauce to the sauce bar.

Would highly recommend!

We came with a party of 45 and we had one server Joey who worked very hard to make sure our meat was flowing!

Had my son’s birthday celebration here. They were able to accommodate our large family last minute. Very attentive and friendly. Highly recommend!

They need to clean the restaurant better: floor is sticky, tables are dirty, and glasses have marks on them.

Also, waiter looks you in eyes when you’re thinking about tip.

Food was good.Lamb & Beef were great. They have separated chicken , veggies & seafood session which is a great initiative. (4/5)

But I really find they have raised the prices a lot.. 35$ for Premium that to on a weekday, is really expensive. Not really affordable for a family of 4.
For that price, Service & Ambience & music can be improved. (3/5)

They could have had more dessert varieties. They had just coffee cake and chocolate ice cream. (2/5)

Food was great, good value for price. But asked for lean lamb, got fatty version by mistake. Buffet room is crowded and poorly designed; only a few can serve, rest must wait.

Wheelchair accessibility: While it is navigatable, i would not recommend for people with mobility issues.
