After many years not located in the Chicagoland area,I was delighted that Jack In The Box is back with a few locations.
Went on a Saturday for lunch and it was not crowded at all. You order thru the kiosk and they call your order number when ready.
I had to have their tacos..2 for 1.49..lol. tasted the same as I remember them years ago. My wife is gluten free so there were not many options. She had their grilled chicken sandwich on a lettuce wrap with their Good Good sauce. She said it wasn't bad.
It seems you wait longer for you food than other fast food restaurants but it is probably because they are still fairly new .. not sure.
Plenty of parking plus a drive thru option.
Award points can be earned thru their app.
They serve beakfast items all day plus a large selection of burgers ,chicken sandwiches and salads but I will stick with my favorite.. tacos!

Says open 24hrs, but they aren't and the workers don't even tell you is closed, they just ignore you. Drove 30 minutes for nothing 😑 Need to update their hours

Pulled up to the drive thru at 12:30am and sat there and nobody answered. I pulled around and looked inside and seen two young men at the countertop laughing and talking completely ignoring me sitting there staring in the window. Didn’t even bother coming to the window and say they were closed or open. Neither had on headsets either.

Came in at 1am today to try and grab some food. It says it's open 24/7 and all the lights were on. No one answered the drive thru and when I drove by the window, I locked eyes with one employee inside. He was on his phone. I circled back and tried to order again. No dice. Never even got to try the food, they literally will just not serve you.

I was waiting at the register for 10 minutes to pay for our food and no one helped us, then one of their workers came up to order food and they helped them right away. Burger didn’t taste good, mini tacos are decent

Been there twice and twice they can’t figure out how to get people through the drive through. Two cars in line when I got there. Then out to the street because they had the lead car waiting for over 10 minutes. Just the drive through was open. No one inside???
Made me not trust whatever they were doing inside, hence I did not want to eat anything coming out of THAT kitchen. So I took off after they wasted my time. I was not the only one that took off BTW.
Food not worth that kind of wait. I remember when they were here in the 70’s and all of them left the area. Not a good way to come back. Destined to fail again. Can’t order through the app for this location either. Just fast food. Nothing special.

0 stars if i could. is it impossible to train your employees to give sauces to the coordinating items? i came here a total of 3 times already and even reminded them of the sauces, but nothing. i think i might’ve been in the drive thru for like 30 minutes every time as well, so there’s also that.

I am sitting in ur establishment. The women at the front counter akaryuana has stood in the back flirting with the cook while touching her mouth and face. That's nasty and the fda food handlers says don't obviously she doesn't have one. More works standing around. Ur lobby is nasty ur trash can have trash all around pop station is nasty. I like the food. But see health code violations that nasty. Ps when a customer ask for a bag and ur employee texts message is more important i think its time to train ur workers right. I'll be calling the health department ur welcome

This location was very empty at 6pm. The tacos were greasy and horrible,the curly fries tasted like old oil and were left in the grease too long,the bacon cheeseburger was ok. The young lady working was nice,but this location need to train the staff on how to use the fryer machine and how often to change the oil.
Waited 30 minutes for a drink and fries. I regret letting myself wait 30 minutes - The food is bad, and the staff is definitley not trained properly. I got no greeting at the window and the soda I got was overfilled and not wiped down, so it was covered in soda.
Don't bother with this place. Go to literally any other late night or 24hr place.

First off I have only done drive through but if you plan on fast go somewhere else as you will not get out of this place faster than a minimum of 10 minute wait. Food seems hit or miss, the tiny tacos and burgers seem alright but yesterday I tried their ranch chicken club and could only eat half as all I could tasted was frier oil. Definitely was disappointing.
