Excellent service and food was the it's expected.

I asked for a got giant number 44 and they give me a mini 42 and then I told them I ordered a giant 44 one of the employees said this is what you paid for even tho they still still charged me for the giant as well as the mini one star.

Delicious, clean store and very friendly staff!

Grabbed a quick bite to eat after a volleyball match.. I was surprised how much food was in the mini sub. It filled me up. My daughter got the Philly Cheesesteak and it was plenty of food. I did think it was a bit pricey but you do get good portions.

I am here weekly.

Kind of hit or miss at this location, they seem to receive quite a few online orders and get overwhelmed when the restaurant gets busier with walk-ins. Sometimes tables and floors are cleaner than other times. Witnessed employees placing the printed receipt papers for to-go orders directly onto the meat on half-made sandwiches as they were working on them. Why not put the receipt papers NEXT to them?? They do need to focus more on cleanliness here.

Came to this one just now for the first time. As we are trying to order mini sandwiches, the lady at the register was asking me questions to finish the transaction. So I move over to do that as my sandwich was still being built. I finish the transaction and go back to the middle of the line to tell them what I want on my sandwich. Add cheese, well that's an additional charge and I already checked out annoyingly. So I say alright well that's annoying no cheese. They still add it and charge me a $1.30 in another transaction for it. Really dumb way to run a sandwich shop.

Also, I get 4 pieces of bacon according to the trainee. Well, I got two normal pieces and two that were pure fat. This place is not a very smart or good Jersey Mike's.

Terrible customer service. Rude. Very rude and food is bland and not good. Go to potbelly if you want a real sandwich

Pathetic location. Do not accept order after 8pm al thought they close at 9 pm. They accept order over phone and cancel right away. Lazy people working

Not friendly at all ! I used the wrong sandwich term and one of the employees acted like I should know better. I don’t work for Jersey Mikes so when I said the wrong sandwich name, I didn’t appreciate being told I’m wrong in front of other customers! And then she continued to tell another employee what I did , right in front of me. She was purposely trying to embarrass me! I will never!! Ever! Eat at Jersey Mikes again!

Never been before...never will again.Customer service didn't add what I asked for but added enough lettuce & oil vinegar to make the whole sandwich a big oily mush...filed it under 'G' garbage & went to Jimmy Johns.

Staff are extremely rude. The lady who made my sandwhich rushed me and had an attitude as well as the cashier. Also, the sandwhich was drenched in oil and non edible. Called for a refund and was hung up on. Do not go to this location.
