I have been going to Joy Yee of Naperville for over a decade, they used to serve my favorite meal and favorite bubble tea! The bubbles were always large and fresh, and thankfully they still are. However, over the past year, I've noticed the quality seriously degrade. They no longer offer custard as a bubble tea topping, that used to be my favorite add in. They also stopped adding fresh fruit to my favorite bubble tea order, yet still charge the same price. The last Taro Milk Tea I ordered was watered down. In my take out orders they've mixed up my order, forgotten to include rice, included seriously burnt crab rangoons (like the rangoon was opened up and the filling was black), and served overcooked vergetables in my curry, it makes me so sad. I don't often visit the other locations so I hope only this location is having issues. At first I was attributing the lower quality to a fluke but it seems to be getting worse each time I visit. I hope this location can return to what it once was, but for now I don't plan on visiting anytime soon.

Stop by to get Boba tea and what a selection!! They literally have about 100 different kinds of teas Boba‘s milk teas green teas.. tapioca and Boba 🧋 +millions of other add ons!
But I wish they bring back the Bamboo bowls and they have the original Sriracha sauce

No one in the facility speaks English, At the level of normal communication.
I was not allowed to eat the food I ordered inside in this cafe.
Apple pay and google pay do not work.
Pad tai that I ordered contained only 3 ingredients (chicken, pasta, onions, where are the rest of the products? Nuts, fresh herbs, vegetables, etc.)
I do not recommend this place.

Used to be amazing - now their Korean BBQ Ribs are literally just a bunch of bones. For that price, I'll steal my dogs snacks. What a ripoff!! DO NOT ORDER THE KOREAN BBQ RIBS VIA UBER EATS/DOOR DASH
