Went a few days ago for the first time in a long time and it was so odd. The restaurant/ location smells sooo bad. Like as soon as you park and are walking up it reeks. While taking our menus our napkins fell on the floor onto the servers foot and he just picked it up and gave it back to us. We wanted to leave after this because that is really nasty. Why not just get us new napkins? We were too scared and shy to get up since we had just ordered. A girl came after to give us water and the whole time she had headphones on and is singing out loud. There was another group there too and it just felt so odd. The restaurant is silent except the workers and that girl. They sat on the other side literally just sitting there talking and staring at us like waiting for us to call for them or something idk, just straight staring us down. This is like 4-5 guys, even the girl that keeps singing out loud just stared at us. I was so uncomfortable, we rushed to eat and left right away. I wish they had better service. The last time I came it was great and things felt normal. I just don’t think we will ever return after this. No stars for anything.

I have been going to Joy Yee of Naperville for over a decade, they used to serve my favorite meal and favorite bubble tea! The bubbles were always large and soft, and thankfully they still are. However, over the past year, I've noticed the quality seriously degrade. They no longer offer custard as a bubble tea topping, that used to be my favorite add in. They also stopped adding fresh fruit to my favorite bubble tea order, yet still charge the same price. The last Taro Milk Tea I ordered was watered down. In my take out orders they've mixed up my order, forgotten to include rice, included seriously burnt crab rangoons (like the rangoon was opened up and the filling was black), and served overcooked vergetables in my curry, it makes me so sad. I don't often visit the other locations so I hope only this location is having issues. At first I was attributing the lower quality to a fluke but it seems to be getting worse each time I visit. I hope this location can return to what it once was, but for now I don't plan on visiting anytime soon.

I do not recommend this place at all, nothing compared to the other locations, the food was terrible, the service was disastrous, we were 3 adults and two babies and they still charged the mandatory tip. I definitely prefer the Chinatown location

Absolutely incredible. I get boba pretty often, and had the incredible luck with choosing to try here. OH MY GOD. THE OREO SLUSH BOBA AND THE WHIPPED CREAM IS THE BEST I’VE EVER HAD. I NEED to know the whipped cream recipe. GO

Food is amazing but as I was dining in, I saw a couple in a motorcycle come in and they ordered 2 smoothies and wanted to sit in a table and the waiter told them no!. The waiter was rude and didn’t let the couple sit in a table.
