I love Kaufman. The food is always great. The salad bar is great. The soup bar is great. They have great cereal and beverage fountains.

When I first came to NCC, everything was exciting and new to me. I saw food as the least of my worries, because I lived right across from Kaufman Dining Hall and when I was visiting (again, when I was visiting) the food was good, and they had some great options for fruit, protein, salads, deserts, and drinks.
