The girl who was working there register was not helpful. She lacked any knowledge on any of the food items I asked about and acted as if I was an inconvenience to her. Then after that the food we got was awful. Ordered my daughter the buttered noodles and they were hard and all stuck together. She's almost 2 and couldn't eat any of it. I ordered the alfredo and parmesan chicken. Barely any sauce and the chicken was alright. I'll never return here. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Noodles and Company has always been consistently good, with quality ingredients. However, paying for that good quality is becoming much more expensive. For a family of four, you're looking at the same pricing as a full-service restaurant. Our trips to Noodles have become less frequent due to this. This location has been lax on its bathroom cleaning lately. Walking into the bathroom and it smells like urine, does not make me feel great about spending $60+ for our visit.

The pasta came out so dry when we asked for extra sauce they charged us even though the pasta is bone dry we are paying nine dollars for it and they can’t put extra sauce then charge us and won’t even give a refund when we ask for it.

Food is delicious and prepared quickly. Love the kids meals as they come with broccoli and my kids actually eat it.
Usually they do.a good job making the food. This time it was bad. There noodles were very dry. It almost seemed like no sauce was used. I thought maybe it was just me but my whole family had the same thought when they ate it

Ordered in store and got charged for parm chicken add on (on the receipt) and had a quick, pleasant experience. Noticed it was missing when I got home so I called to try and resolve the issue and while the person who answered the phones was very polite, his supervisor was quite rude and unhelpful. Needless to say I will be ordering from a different Noodles location in the future and suggest you do your . Mistakes happen and are no problem, but this is not an acceptable way to address customer complaints.

Love their Pad Thai Noodles with parmesan encrusted chicken. Delicious. Always Fresh, and good spice! Staff always friendly and professional. So glad they’e not far.

I was excited to have noodles and company since I haven't had it in years. I was disappointed with the food this time around. I asked for two pastas and garlic cheesy bread. The pasta was ok & the garlic bread wasn't fully cookies. I asked if it can be toasted again and this is what I received. I don't think I'm coming back.
