I've traveled all over the US to speakeasies and was super disappointed with this one. I genuinely love the whole speakeasy vibe. We booked a reservation for my birthday and when we showed and begin to walk upstairs, they informed us it was closed for a private party. The woman working said that sometimes happens. We wound up going back a couple days later and sat at the bar. The cocktails were nothing special and both bartenders expressed how annoyed they were with people...
Absolutely great spot. Even though there is food (great food not bar food) until midnight, I still wouldn’t consider this a restaurant. It’s a speakeasy bar at its finest with great craft cocktails and wine (but no beer) that also has food. Awesome staff. I wish it was open more than 3 days a week.
Exceeded my expectations. Drink menu is spectacular, truly artisan cocktails. Both complex and well balanced, great variety for a relatively short list. Our server, Jazz, was the best. Knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, she made us feel very welcomed and cared for the entire 2 hour stay. Even the limited food menu had something for everyone, quality all around. We left happy, full and satisfied. I look forward to returning.
