Oberweis Ice Cream and Dairy Store

What is goin on!!!!!! I saw an insect in vanilla soft serve? I have fed this to my 2 year old and i feel very bad and scared. We trust oberweis and feed them to kids. What the fff???

Amazing staff and great quality Ice cream.

Do NOT go to this store if you’re a minority. Extremely rude staff, got the entire order wrong and blamed us for not ‘checking the screen’ Not a big drive through screen, this is indoors, on the cashier machine. Like tiny font. She wanted me to check that. Made a huge stink about replacing the scoops. We only ordered two ice creams so not a big order. I can’t believe this is the level of service here

Yummy soft serve ice cream

Visited on 6/19 and was given great service by Caroline, Aniston, and Henry. All were very welcoming, professional,and quick. Ice cream was very good and was given a big portion. 10/10 recommend !!

This store will always mess up my order. Otherwise no complains with the quality of the product.

Few days ago I Waited to get my order taken for about 10 minutes. I could see the guy in the back on his phone. Finally he took my order and had an attitude. Believe his name was pat.Oberweis should really hire people that want to make a positive experience.

I was there when it seemed it a bit busy today. The people scooping seemed overwhelmed meanwhile the manager was sitting in the cafe talking to a boy. Really should be helping your employees..

Would’ve given this location five stars for everything if it weren’t for the waste of space they call a manager. Really brings down the experience. She constantly barks orders at the younger employees and then retreats back to her office. The employees seem overwhelmed and frustrated with their boss. Believe her name was Lisa.

This was the creamiest best ice cream you can find in Naperville. It is heartbreaking that they are going bankrupt. They should keep this place open
