I had a situation where I was in a jam. My kids had a dentist appointment next door. So I wanted my kids to eat only minutes before their appointment. I called place an order for pick up. They told me I’d be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. I arrived in 12 minutes and it was ready as I’ve made my kids scarf they improvised and gave me some Styrofoam cups so I could split the pop for them. Good service. Whoever was working at 2pm today Wednesday, October 16, 2024 was a problem solver.

Great food, loved the pizza and enjoyed the salad. It's definitely a pick-up and not a "dine in" sit down restaurant.

What's special about Old Town is that even when ordering a thick crust, I've never had soggy or undercooked dough from them. They are consistent about getting it right. The dough and cheese on their Chicago Style is VERY thick, so consider ordering extra sauce to match.

Great for catering. Catered for a party of almost 40 and the food quality and quantity were perfect. And the manager was so nice about timing and keeping the food warm before we picked it up.

Food is always perfect and we always special order. We’re probably your most annoying customers, but we love the spaghetti and meatballs with extra meat sauce. Chicken and broccoli is on point every time extra broccoli !! Excellent pizzas always made exactly like I asked well done and nice and cheesy with a crispy Crust amazing can’t say enough about the service and the food. Max is the best And always patient and friendly!!

Will order again. I got 8 hot wings and a 14" Chicago stuffed pizza with sausage. The sausage was a crumble type and more on top than in the cheese, but was actually really nice that way. The wings were cooked perfectly with a nice crisp on the outside. They weren't really hot, but I'm the guy in the family that nobody trusts when I say it's not spicy.

Customer service was good and friendly. I had an issue with the delivery fee on the website and the staff corrected it easily and quickly over the phone.

I just love this place, its my go to pizza and its hard to stray away! The same guy normally takes my order, which always arrives correct and the same delivery guy comes every time which is kinda nice and shows consistency in the business to keep the same employees for the 5 years now I've been a happy customer! Very efficient and the pizza is just so delicious!

Sausage & pepp thin crust and homemade baked lasagna. Way exceeded our expectations. Lived in area for 20 years growing up, just moved back recently. Glad they have kept their integrity when most pizza places in area have drastically gone down hill.
