I had a situation where I was in a jam. My kids had a dentist appointment next door. So I wanted my kids to eat only minutes before their appointment. I called place an order for pick up. They told me I’d be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. I arrived in 12 minutes and it was ready as I’ve made my kids scarf they improvised and gave me some Styrofoam cups so I could split the pop for them. Good service. Whoever was working at 2pm today Wednesday, October 16, 2024 was a problem...

What's special about Old Town is that even when ordering a thick crust, I've never had soggy or undercooked dough from them. They are consistent about getting it right. The dough and cheese on their Chicago Style is VERY thick, so consider ordering extra sauce to match.

Great for catering. Catered for a party of almost 40 and the food quality and quantity were perfect. And the manager was so nice about timing and keeping the food warm before we picked it up.
