I stopped going to Panera a while back due to the major decrease in portions. This is a $13 salad that looks like a half salad and 2 dressings that aren’t even half full. I’m so annoyed after a long day and this is just a reminder why I stopped going to this place.

Horrible! I NEVER GOT MY DELIVERY! Brandon, who said he is a manager, was extremely rude to me and decided it was okay to blame the customer for the delivery service not getting me my order. He was using a very condescending tone, borderline yelling at me and telling me it wasn't their fault. I was cut off 3x from telling him information because he was so rude he wouldn't let me speak. Doordash agreed with me & refunded my order!

I go to Panera since open . It used to be my favorite place . The food was great and prices affordable but today .... Portions much smaller and prices sky rocketing. Plus , some idomes are gone I assume forever . My favorite orange cranberry muffins gone . Hot stake with horseradish sauce gone . I'm not saying I won't go there forever but for sure not very often .

This location is one incredible place to eat for last couple weeks. Fantastic service. Great hours.
Potato soup was good. Mac and cheese ok needs a sharper cheese to really make it pop. Bread on sandwich was burnt a little so if you don't like really hard bread you might want to go elsewhere.

Even after requesting specifically for Utensils, they forget to put them in...has happened multiple times. Very frustrating, how do they expect me to eat the salad and drink soup...

Food quality has significantly gone down hill, they either don't make it right and give you the ingredients to fix it yourself instead of remaking it or simply have discontinued any items for me to have any interest in going there. Expect the garden caprese sandwich to have 3 small tomatoes and maybe two slices of mozzarella, for $10 and the most basic ingredients in the world it should look way more like its photo. Switch to Jason's deli or McAllisters for better food quality.

This is one of my favorite Panera Bread ? locations, as most locations the staff is very good and friendly. Food is always good and service is usually fast. They have outside seating available, and this location is always clean. Highchairs are available for small children. I noticed that a lot of people use this location for business meetings, and it seems to work well. It's a great Panera Bread location ?
Parking: Always plenty of parking
Kid-friendliness: Highchairs available, and kids seem to like the atmosphere
Wheelchair accessibility: Special parking easy access and plenty of tables are available for someone in a wheelchair
