Of course my Italian Beef was good. It looked like some construction was going on a bit. However, I will not order pick up ever again. While waiting on my food, another customer was standing next to the pick up shelf and he rubbed the top of someone's drink. I was thinking it was his order and he was waiting for the rest of it, but no, two other people came in and picked up that order. No telling what was on the man's hand and no reason for rubbing the top of a drink...

Portillo's is a very interesting Chicago experience. For about 2 generations, maybe three. All the locations are decorated with the theme of the Chicago gangster times 1920s - 1930s has a nice feeling, this location in napperville is not one of the best there are a few locations that are really decorated with over the top displays, very fun.
Food is always good, and even this is a very Chicago experience.

They forgot my dog, I came back, they gave me a lot of free food and several chocolate cakes without asking for a receipt... Just like the McDonald's professional service of making things right.
