If I could give 0 stars, I would. The food was definitely not that great at all. The lady at counter was rude when I asked her why the menus says “chips” and they gave us like 1 chip each… she responded “yep” with an attitude gave me a small bowl of a couple more and walked away while making a sarcastic comment that I couldn’t quite understand . She didn’t even give me any more time to explain how we were both unhappy with our sandwiches. I will not come back here. I highly recommend you look for something else. I definitely didn’t feel welcomed here AT ALL!! Customer service is more important than a crappy product. If she would have handled this differently, maybe I would have left a much better review. Just goes to show you how this business doesn’t care about its customers.
I got 2 bagels with cream cheese and a loc sandwich (ACME) that lacked cream cheese, I attached picture for reference that is consistent across the board for the order. The pickle I received did not taste right, like it wasn’t pickled enough as in, it tasted like a cucumber, if that makes sense. Overall when one is paying for a bagel with cream cheese, and the bagels are $4 and lox sandwich is $16 the main ingredient should be prevalent (cream cheese), which in this case it was not. Overall it seems that the reputation of having large portions in the past is not true here anymore. If you’re looking for delicatessen type stuff with large portions pass on this place, mostly due to the fact that they’re cutting corners and the food just doesn’t taste the same as in the past.

I hit the drive thru so I can't give a justifiable score on the atmosphere, however, the food is fantastic. I have tried the ham, egg, and cheese on an onion bagel along with the sausage egg on an everything bagel. Both sandwiches were great. I've not been in the area for lunch/ dinner, however, the quality of the breakfast sandwiches makes me believe the lunch/ dinner options would be on par.

Ok, amazing corned beef and pastrami. Great sandwiches overall. Love that you can choose "overstuffed" if you want it packed with meat. Really enjoyed.
Soup was also really good!
Hint on the pickles... they give you a "half sour" pickle by default, but you can ask for a classic dill.
It's the deli we've been looking for.

Hmmm, missed the depth of flavor in the matzoh ball soup... thin broth. The pickles were great but I'd suggest ordering the larger corned beef sandwich as the smaller one seemed a bit sparse.
