First time here tonight, we decided to celebrate our 5 year old twin girls birthday! Had really high expectations but wasn’t really impressed. We arrived and no one was at front desk and didn’t show up until 5 minutes later, couldn’t help but notice sticky floors, and a bit outdated establishment, no menu just a QR code. The miso soup had no tofu just like 3 pieces of noodles which I found funny. I found the food very salty and asked for teriyaki chicken but was not teriyaki sauce, so much lard/butter on the food it was ridiculous. The hibachi guy was a total dud, was expecting him to do tricks to entertain the kids like most hibachi places do and when I asked the girl if they do anything special for birthdays she said they did but there was a charge?? I couldn’t believe it but I agreed since it was their special day and they weren’t very entertained by chef. Needless to say will not be back. Sorry!!

Went for a birthday with a group. Food was good with decent portions and a fair price. Chef was entertaining. For our birthday girl they sang and gave her a pineapple 🍍 wedge on cool looking boat. She enjoyed that.

A bit pricey. Food was ok but not great vegetables were not cooked long and served hard and raw. UPCHARGE for fried rice meal comes with steamed rice. Been to a bunch of hibachi’s never been upcharged for the very thing your restaurant is visited for. Won’t be back.

We greatly enjoyed our supper at Shogun tonight with our favorite egg yolk shrimp and hibachi shrimp entrees. Christian was friendly, engaged in active conversation with us, and performed the fun hibachi tricks with tossing spatulas and making the flaming volcano, etc. Service was attentive and we enjoyed looking for our previous family celebration pictures on the wall. It continues to be one of our favorite restaurants!

they downgraded so bad they used to give big portions of rice and noodles the two cheapest things to make and now they give u children portions and they put in there
own tip they put at $12.50 making the bill go from $67 to $80 i did not even like my cook he was very dry and I had to keep asking for things which is okay i’m not expecting him to read my mind or anything but I should be able to decide how much I want to give as a tip thats what a tip is you tip based on service not just to give away free money so this place is a no go anymore 👎🏾

My friend and I had a great time dining here! Everyone was super friendly, the portions were more than we could eat in one sitting, and service was very fast. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends.

There was no greeting for several minutes upon entering the restaurant. It was not a friendly or welcoming environment. Our chef, Tru was great. However, the quality of my steak and salmon were poor. The portion sizes were small and unexpected for the price. I had to ask for additional vegetables. There was an extra charge for fried rice that had no meat! There was no communication about the upcharge when asked if I wanted steamed rice or fried rice. I have been to other hibachi restaurants and this was the worst experience I ever had. I would never patronize this establishment in the future. This was my first and last visit!
