Excellent food and our chef was SO MUCH FUN!

I don’t recommend the drinks, food and definitely not the service. You can literally tell how the service will be by looking at the response by the owner to many of the lower rated reviews in Google including mine. It’s really defensive as if everyone has the same experience and that some maybe weren’t the greatest. My experience was subpar to say the least. Don’t take my word for it, go experience for yourself. My recommendation 1/10 stars. The 1 was for the cool photos that line the wall. Take Care!

I’ve been here 12 years ago and remember the food and service always great, I brought my newer family members and got the same great food and service I remembered as a kid. If anything the place has gotten even better with experience.

If I could give 0 stars I would.
I made a reservation for my mom’s birthday. I brought a cake and showed up early for our reservation. The server told me that I had to provide my own plates and silverware because we weren’t allowed to use theirs. I went out to buy the plates and forks. Came back still on time for our reservation. We were seated and ordered our drinks. The party after us was served their drinks and appetizers before us while the server went to sit down and prepare silverware instead of grabbing our drinks which were ready. Keep in mind there were no other people in the restaurant because it had just opened. We ended up leaving due to the poor service. Very very disappointed. Never coming here again. Don’t recommend.

Me and my girlfriend came in late and they still treated us with full respect and cooked an amazing meal Mike the chef was amazing and Christian at the front really took care of us. Thank you guys.

What's not to love? A small restaurant, but big on food, fun, and family. Been coming to Shogun for many years whether just because or to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries. The staff are always friendly regardless if there are a few patrons or a full house. The chefs are great at entertaining the guests and keeping conversation and fun going! The food is phenomenal with many options. Always get extra noodles, you won't regret it. If you're up for it, try the egg yolk and garlic, again I don't think you'll regret it. Oh, and order a sake bomb... ? We always go home with left overs and full, happy bellies. We hope to keep coming back for many years to come. By the looks of all the pictures on the wall from celebrations of years past, I don't think they will be going anywhere any time soon...

Wheelchair accessibility: No obstacles and the staff really accommodate the extra space needed. Plenty of accessible parking also.

I have been going to this restaurant for more than 20 years. I had a reservation for 2 for 4pm. We were seated with a family of 3. After our meal the couple asked about the tip that was included in our bill. It was strange because our cook asked for a donation before leaving the table. In my 20 plus years that had never happened. I asked the waitress why they placed an automatic tip on our bill. She said it waisted in the menu. The menu said for parties of 5 or more and there were 2 of us. The tip amount showed 20 percent for parties of 5 or more and they may be 18 percent for exceptional service. They added a 22 percent tip for a party of 2. The waitress said they charge the tip because there are 2 people we need to tip. The chef, dishwasher and waitress. I had never heard of this. She showed me the menu that showed the tip amount but it says for parties of 5 or more. I don't mind tipping but do mind it being added automatically. The service was not great and I am being forced to tip 22 percent. This was my last visit.

Absolutely love the food. Service is standard. Prices have absolutely taken off in an unacceptable way. $140 for 2 adults and 2 kids. I've been a customer for years, but sadly this is our last visit. Also, why is the veggie dinner the same price as the chicken? Unbelievable. Fried rice used to be included in your meal, now it's an extra charge, so I'm paying $20 per plate for noddles, veggies and what? Wish I would have taken a closer look at the bill aside from all the extra charges to see if the gratuity was automatically applied because I wouldn't have tipped the extra $20 if so. I'm beyond angry and absolutely will not return which makes me very sad at the same time because we loved celebrating birthdays and special events there. Never again.

Been coming here since my grown boys were babies. Birthday pics get taped to the walls and the big Pic you take home. Chefs are fun and the filet and shrimp with special "golden sauce" is worth the trip. Great family place.
