5 minute drive from me and another store 10 minutes away. This one WAS plagued with rude service and incorrectly made drinks. The other location NEVER. Management here always responded kindly and handled any situations. The baristas in question for the most part are no longer here too. Things are back to how they once were which is good! Take it from a person there 2 times a day, everyday.
I stopped this morning for my usual coffee and I always feel so bad cuz the order is so long and I hate being that person. I am so bad with names but the girl who took my order was literally SOOOOOOOO super sweet and the guy at the window had such a fun convo with me and was also so sweet. I never carry cash and I wanted to tip them soooo bad! I wish there was a way to add a tip when you pay on the app!
