I often go to many different locations because theres so many in the area but this Dunkin never fails to be my favorite!! They never mess up my coffee whether its cold or hot and i’d go as far as to say it taste better then other locations i’ve been to! I typically use the mobile app walk in or drive thru but regardless the staff is always super friendly and i’ve never had a poor experience! The manager here and all the employees are so kind here. I appreciate their amazing customer service! The manager gave my fiancé a cup of milk on the house when they ran out of small milk cartons to purchase, which was very nice and extremely thoughtful! I hope more businesses can learn from this.

The coffee is always fresh and donuts 9/10 however, they never provide napkins with donut or food orders unless I request it. The donut is literally just thrown in a bag..no paper wrap on napkin. Dunkin needs to do better.
