Workers so nice, I had ordered a matcha yesterday and I understand accidents happen and it just was very powdery/ not mixed in well but I was late for work so I wasnt able to go back; usually they always make it spot on! I went in today letting them know that that had happened and they were so kind and understanding and remade my drink without any hesitation or problem or pressure. The lady working at the window was so kind and smiley :) Love starbz and a kind staff 💕💕
Oh my goodness these women cracked me up, it felt like an episode of Cheers. I love the positive atmosphere, go inside if you can and make sure you say "I heard there were stunads (Italian word) here" trust me, they'll laugh 😂
Staff here is amazing and helpful. It's the drink offerings i have a problem with! The lack of switching up the refresher menu is extremely frustrating! Not everyone drinks coffee! The Hibiscus refresher truly was the BEST! Starbucks refuses to listen to the customers! And keep what the customers like! I don't go here nearly as much as I used to. I can go down the street to a mom and pop coffee shop. That has at least 7 different refreshers. At least you can get what...
