I wanted to thank the staff here for helping fix a mobile order issue where my app malfunctioned and placed my order twice which deducted a lot of funds from my Starbucks account! They were quick to recognize the issue when I came in and offered to refund me for 1 whole order. It was a busy morning but they still took the time to help me!! This is the BEST Starbucks in Naperville for a few reasons: 1. The place is FULL of sunlight, it is slightly elevated so you can enjoy a wide view specially enjoyable with this white landscape. 2. The sitting areas are diverse do you can have different type of moments...with a group, in pairs or alone. 3. The Crew members are always fantastic...very willing to explain to you new and old flavors...including sometines testing new styles. That's how I discovered the Cold Brew...
