Very nice staf members. We went today with our kids and friends to get some hot chocolate and we accidentally spilled one of the drinks. They replaced the drink for free, it was very much appreciated. Also very nice and cozy atmosphere.

I ordered a drink and it took over 30 minutes to make. I asked how much longer and the person making the drinks in the front said they were behind which is understandable but the cashier should have told customers how long the wait was going to be because I came back extremely late from lunch due to waiting for my drink. After standing there for over 30 minutes (and it was more then 30 because I time myself everytime I go on lunch) one of the workers finally noticed that I was standing there for a long time and said he would start making my drink since I was waiting a while. He rushed and didn’t even make my drink properly. This was by far the worst and frustrating experience I’ve had.

I have been buying coffee here for 1 year and today was my worst experience. I ordered the same coffee as usual and it tasted different. I ordered more sea salt but was only given a little. I tried to ask the Asian waitress if I could get more sea salt? I can pay you extra but she was very unhappy. The Asian girl had a very bad attitude. I don't recommend this place anymore.
