They take forever and didn't even get the drinks right. Took 10 min to get 2 iced drinks. Vanilla creme cold brew with sweet foam was the most bitter drink I've ever gotten. I used to work at Starbucks when there were standards. I will not be going to this store again.

As soon as you walk in you’re greeted by multiple employees. David is consistently knowledgeable, kind, courteous, and attentive. This location is one of two of my “Starbucks Go To” to assure cleanliness, a fresh loaf slice and strong (put hair on your chest) coffee.

I was the only person in the store and while I understand drive through I only ordered a cold brew and it took 10 minutes to make. The young Asian Woman making drinks was not very polite when I asked for a status update. The response was, “it’s coming” and she proceeded to rinse out some blender jars, make another drink for someone who wasn’t even in the store, before taking twenty seconds to pour a cold brew. There were 4 people total working at the time.

Had a slight problem with a mobile order. Called to see if the problem would be solved and was given wrong information at the time without knowing. Thankfully I called again and Kayla was phenomenal. Kayla clarified everything and was able to accommodate my order. Great service and great people there! Thank you again Kayla!
