“Just returned home. The young Lady that was working drive thru, I think it was makata was just a very nice and friendly person. Working drive thru cant be an easy job but she made it look like she was enjoying it. She made my night after a lousy day.“

“We stopped by here for a quick bite about 8-8:30 on Monday night. Unfortunately they were way behind in filling orders. There were six delivery drivers waiting for orders. Honestly, we were not in a hurry and understood before we ordered that there would be a wait.

I am pleased to report that the staff of the store were very aware that they were behind and were attentive to us. They made sure that we got our drink cups so that we could drink while waiting. A young man can out from the kitchen to apologize for the wait and gave us a snack to eat while waiting. He brought our order to our table and said if there were any problems with our order to let him know personally and he would fix it.

The wait for a meal at a fast food restaurant is not what you want, but the staff stepped up to communicate with us and apologize and make us comfortable while we waited. Good Job!
