The food was fine- ordered the 5 tenders with fries and a drink meal, used the free chicken sandwich coupon, and ordered 2 extra ranches. Got home and opened everything up and there were no fries in the bag and no ranches- not even the one that is supposed to be included in the meal or with the sandwich. Husband went back to the store and showed our receipt to get our missing items and the man in the kitchen kept insisting he gave it to us and basically told us we were wrong. If we wanted something free it wouldn’t be little ranch cups and fries- we simply wanted what we paid for and didn’t receive. His customer service skills could use some adjusting.

Xitlaly who took my order was really nice and sweet! Gave me excellent service! Food was on point very nice crunch and seasoning on the tenders. Would definitely come back !

This store is filthy. There is trash everywhere outside the restaurant. I’ve talked to the manager about it, picked up bags of trash there and they simply don’t care. With that lack of attention, I hesitate to think about how they run their kitchen. I wouldn’t eat here if you paid me and frankly they’re an eyesore in the community. I hope the owner reads this and addresses this issue.

Absolutely the worst Wingstop I’ve been too. I ordered dry rub and somehow my wings were wet? So gross and wasn’t appealing enough to eat. They don’t even answer their phone, I’m so upset I purchased the wings last night

Placed a couple orders of chicken tenders for the snack and both chicken tender orders were smothered with heavy sauces and dry rub. The chicken tenders were so salty and over seasoned that we threw them away after a couple bites. I will never go back!

I ordered from here on 2/27 for pick-up. They gave me the wrong order on pick up after verifiying my name. After returning to work
and realizing it was the wrong order and was not able to leave an exchange it. I called to see if they could then deliver my order, less than 2 miles away, and they asked that I place an order online for a small amount so they could have the address. I asked to give them the address or refund the order and they would not. I ended up spending more money on a brownie and drink so they could deliver my original order that they did not give me in the first place.

Would never order from this location again after the lack of planning on Super Bowl. They wouldn’t even respond to people’s questions who had been standing waiting for orders that were supposed to be ready an hour and still were not. My order was supposed to be ready at 5 and by 6:30 they told everyone who had a 5 or 5:30 order to leave and come back they hasn’t started on those yet. I understand being busy on SB and even running behind schedule. But the entire place was not being run by anyone, it was terribly unprofessional, unorganized and I ended up leaving after an hour of waiting, without my order.

They clearly didn't prepare for the Super Bowl. An order made 2 hours in advance of the delivery time got delayed by an hour and half. Tried cancelling after 45 minutes and their phone lines were disconnected. Absolute chaos.
